Terms of Use

These terms apply to the CrackIt app, this website and CrackIt Premium (together, “CrackIt”). By installing or using CrackIt you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use CrackIt.

1. The app

CrackIt is free to download. We may add, change or remove topics, questions and features over time. The app is distributed from this website as an Android APK; installing it requires allowing installs from this source on your device.

2. Free trial and CrackIt Premium

• Each phone gets a free trial of 3 days, counted by our server from the first launch. Reinstalling the app does not restart it.
• After the trial, using CrackIt needs CrackIt Premium: ₹49 for 30 days, paid once by UPI inside the app.
• There is no AutoPay and nothing renews on its own. When your 30 days end, Premium stops until you pay again.
• Each payment adds 30 days. If you pay before your current days or your free trial run out, the new days are added after them.
• The price may change from time to time. A new price applies only to your next payment; days you have already paid for are not affected.
• Premium belongs to one phone at a time. You can move it to a new phone from the app.
• Accounts used for fraud, chargebacks or abuse may be blocked.

3. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged but Premium did not unlock, or you were charged twice, contact us with the UPI reference number of the payment and we will help. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our servers.
• Don't use CrackIt for anything unlawful or to harm others.

We may suspend service or block accounts used in breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

CrackIt, its name, logo, artwork, questions and software belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices.

6. Availability and disclaimer

CrackIt is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to CrackIt is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
